Sea Asparagus

Today I foraged some sea asparagus and cooked it for lunch with some pan fried cod! Oh yummy!

That harvest is huge. Looks yummy. Sounds good. My fav way to eat asparagus is on top of sunny side up eggs - with eggs Benedict. Making my mouth water. Ok now I know what’s for dinner tomorrow night.

I just forage the sea asparagus when I see it while I'm out cruising. I am considering fermenting or pickling it!
