Silence of the Worms.

The rain let up a little and the sun had popped out a little so I thought it was a good time to let the chickens out. There were (notice the word were) hundreds of worms trying to escape the water. They are now chicken food. Good thing I have a fence around the garden or chickens would be in trouble.

Still raining in my part of Ohio.Usually I am the one collecting the worms on the driveway for our frogs,lol. My hens are lazy and most times they chase me around when they see I have a shovel in my hand.They wait for me to flip the soil,and then they go crazy.
