They must be good. So far I have made 16 pints and this week my kids have eatten 8 of them. Hopefully I continue to get enough cukes to do another round or two.

Kids are the indoor pests that get away with eating all your good food. My cucumbers are coming on very slowly and I was making just a jar or two at a time until that started producing more and they didn't last a day. They weren't even cured much. They were sitting in the brine a day at the most and then they were gone.

Indoor pests doesn't even begin to describe it. LOL!

Mine have slowed down, I guess with this awful heat. We've received over 4" of rain this week so watering isn't an issue right now. Thinking about planting some more in a raised bed in the new gardening area. This canning thing is so much fun and fulfilling.
