I have looked for one like this online and can't find anything.

The tag reads; "bright light"
" succulents"
Nice tagging at the Big Box stores! They don't care what it is, they just want to sell it.

I love the red color in the large leaves.
Experimenting with a few leaf cuttings already.

It is in the wrong soil to promote shoots.
I will put it in a clay pot. That alone will help it set shoots!

Any help?

its Flapjacks. roots easily like other succulents. let the the leaf callous for a little while and then place on some soil. will have little offshots on its "trunk". mine dont like frost.

Thanks Beef

Do you try the wounded leaf method?

Were you cut just a little into the edge of the leaf every so often around it? Each cut that stays in place on clean sand will set root and a baby. Under the right conditions of course.
