Stinging Nettle Tea

I just made some stinging nettle tea with a generous dolop of honey. Very good!

Can't go there.

While stir-fried nettles taste so very close to spinach, nettle tea tastes ..

. like spinach!

Just too much like the vegetable

I don't know why, but I loved it! I did add a generous amount of honey!
