Hot water corn bread. Love it with fried fish or salmon patties.
Cup of cornmeal
Dash of salt
Boiling water, to make a dough, not runny
Make patties and fry.
You can add sugar, chopped onions, jalepeno or whatever you want.

I make polenta with it too. It is great topped with a chili meat and tomato topping, with cheddar cheese melted on top of that
