Storing Seed Potatoes

Hi there!

I just got my seed potatoes today and I am not planning on planting them for 2 weeks, so how do I store them?

Lay them out in a single layer at room temp. and allow them to green up and sprout "eyes. Cut them up a couple of days before you want to plant them.
