Last night my daughter invited me on a visit to Prince Edward Island next summer!! I am soooooooo excited!!

Funny thing is, over 20 years ago now I was trying to figure out a way to buy a B&B that was for sale on PEI!! They had a antique store and some land that was leased to Bird's Eye Foods. I just could come up with the $$ I needed to make the move!!

We are planning it for July 2012... I has been something on both of our "Bucket List"

What a great adventure that will be! Spending time with your daughter in such a jewel of a setting. You'll both have the best memories from it I'm sure. And July! It will be so refreshing for you. It's only 9 months away!

How funny is that? My family is planning a vacation to PEI, next summer as well. We will all be driving up in RV's and campers of various sorts. Siblings from Florida, California, and here in NY. I am looking forward to it, and dreading what is going to happen to my garden, while I am gone! Hope you have a wonderful trip!

Yes, I am worried about leaving my garden in July.... I do have a neighbor that is good about keeping my chickens and plants from dying when I am gone.
