Interesting chart of the NPKs of different manures. Rabbit came out as twice as much nitrogen than even chicken manure- go buns!
It is curious to me that cow and steer had different ratings.......?
I suppose that what they are eating would make a difference in the NPK, maybe cows get less protein than steers?

Are they assuming cow and steer or grass fed or grain fed with this numbers?!

Cows use up the protein in their diet with milk production maybe? Would they really be comparing feed lot beef production (male or female, but mostly steers) manure to dairy cow manure?

Well if they're comparing dairy cows to feedlot steers (which would be my guess) the feedlot cattle would probably be getting more protein to push quicker growth and more muscle tissue. But thats just a guess. :idunno
