This morning I was adding water to my “self watering” African Violet pots and found tiny bugs inside the bottom pot. The violets (there are 2; both have bugs) had drank all the water, so the pot was relatively dry. When I filled the pot with water, the bugs floated to the top, where they started jumping like fleas.

What are they and how can I kill them?

i cannot tell for sure (picture too tiny for me to see much of anything), from description i can guess springtails which would be harmless.
