I've got enough squash to start freezing a couple of quarts and I'm going to start freezing my cukes today. I'd like to try and dehydrate some squash, but don't want to experiment until I'm sure I have enough put up that I know I will like and use (freezing)

That white thing is an oversize white earnest pickling Cuke Lesa! Sure is huge in the pictures, but I really like these white pickling cukes, I am growing some green ones too! Mixing them up while Pickling makes the jars look so cool!!!

I am jealous--we are still only harvesting greens and greens and greens. I use to grow white cukes but they didn't seem to hold as well as the green ones. Congrats on your harvest!
