Wow, SeedO, very nice!

The sunset was beautiful this evening, but I was hurrying to finish up what I was doing and didn't have time to run for the camera.

My neighbor wants my DH to cut down 5 maple trees across the street from us. I can't wait--unobstructed view of the sunrise and also no more of those annoying propeller seeds clogging my gutters! They are water maples, I think. The leaves just turn yellow/brown, nothing spectacular.

I saw something neat tonight -- a fractal rainbow inside of the sunset. The wind is blowing so hard and it was changing so quickly before my eyes, I barely got a shot of it, but I thought I'd post it anyway.

This has been a really chilly, blustery day with the sun popping out briefly here and there. February seems to have the best sunrises though. I hope this thread picks up again. It's been one of my favorites.

Sunny for the groundhog today, but cloudy most of the time. Saturday's sunrise was stunning! Of course, I didn't have a camera with me.

Oh Mary, that is stunning! I am SOOOO jealous right now! (As I'm sure all of us buried in snow today are.) How nice that it is so close of a walk for you. I would go every day!
