We've been getting rain here the past few days, its been raining almost everyday for a week and most of my spinach seedlings look wilted and are dying, i planted 4 rows. What do you think i should do, i might plant more rows just in case the rest start dying. And for spinach when they do start growing how far apart should each plant be?? maybe i should look at this as a way mother nature thinned the spinach for me, the weak ones are dead while the strong ones are growing.

I thin mine out to about 6" apart...more or less, and sometimes less, when its all done. It depends a lot on what size leaf (or whole plant) you want to harvest. I like small leaves so I can get away with a closer spacing. If you are planting a long standing variety you can probably replant. It gets warm quickly where I am, so my spinach growing is done until fall, except for the ones I left for seed. :)
