That is a really cute coop.

You know if you ever watch any of the Triple Crown some of the jockeys wear some pretty wild color combinations on their silks. I've seen hot pink and emerald green, blue and orange, purple and yellow, you could get pretty wild with the colors and still not be THAT far out when you think of it that way.

By the way we need a picture of that hot pink lion :D

If you don't feel confident in your color sense, look at art or design that others do for inspiration. Find something you love (photograph, painting, dcor photo in magazine, piece of fabric anything at all that speaks to you) then just imitate the color combos you see.

I decided to put jockey on walkway to front door, so tradition paint. If he was going in backyard I would be more willing to get creative with paint.
