Leafing Out
Found this site through BEANS. Previously trying to grow heirloom tomatoes and have a huge collection. First year with pole beans. I am slow in the garden but I do as much as I can. It usually goes rampant during the long humid hot month of July. This farm used to be part of the Great Black Swamp and the back acres have limestone coming up to the surface. Hubs was raised here and bought some of the 'family pasture' and converted it into our little piece of heaven in the late 80's. Christened it with 5 years of Rock n Roll Cannabis friendly Harvest Fests attended by good folk from all 50 states followed by years of rocknroll parties and bands. There's a peace on this place that visitors often comment on. Now it's full of critters, my contribution, and the garden compound. There are 3 alpacas left after 10 years. Now it's a dozen cows there.
