wavy basil??

the tops of my basil plants leaves are starting to get wavy and curly and weird instead of smooth like they have been...is something wrong with my basil? Is it dry? does it need to be harvested?

I'll try to post pictures later if it ever stops raining.

My basil usually gets a bit "wavy" when it gets a bit dry and right before it's about to flower. I don't think there's a problem since it tastes the same.

How big is the plant?
