weed or flower

Since I just edited my post, I am not sure if you can see that it is a new post. I took another picture of this and they still have not opened. The are tall and have all these pods. I opened one and it is yellow inside. Wondering if it is a weed, Canterbury bells or butterfly weed or something else?

Well, it's a pretty nice looking plant, so I guess it can be a flower if you want it to be. I left a pretty plant go one time, tho, cause it looked kind of like babies breath. Turned out it was "beggar lice."

It looks a lot like Canterbury Bells, a type of Campanula. If it is you will be very happy. Looks ready to bloom.

I am getting more hopeful it is Canterbury Bells. Here is one from the front yard and it is getting darker in color.
