Here is a photo of some sliced Black Krim. I think it looks like you may have a Black Krim.

In my opinion that is almost certainly a cp. If you look closely the seeds in that pick look green. That is the color of the gell it's in.

Can you post a pick of the plant. Cp tends to have a stout stem with broader darker green leaves. It stays a little more compact reaching around 6 ft
