Major, I'm assuming the blackberries are also from your garden? I've always wondered if homegrown blackberries are sweet. All the ones I've had have been tart! Are they really sweet? and yummy?

Yes the blackberries were from here, you have to pick them
At the right time will be doing another piece on harvesting and pruning
Even tho I do Not cook professionally anymore, still love to cook
Years past we had to present new plates all the time so you had to part chef
And part showman.
That's one nice thing about gardening you can just walk out there and pick your Veggies.

Available for catering..... :D

Major - that looks like a WONDERFUL meal!!!!!

Not nearly as fancy as Major's....
A couple of days ago I tossed 4 boneless porkchops in the bottom of the crockpot. Topped with about 4" of cubed up boiled pattypan squash. Then dumped a good coating of cajun seasoning on it and left it on low till I got home from work. OMG! The squash pretty much just disolved. All the liquid from them made the chops just fall apart. When I realized that there was NO getting the chops out in one piece, I just gave the whole thing a good stir. Hot, spicy, saucy slightly different BBQ - YUM-O!
Didn't get any pictures... :( It went too fast! :)
