Unless you live in the middle of a lilac forest! I've got probably 200' of OLD lilac hedges ringing the house. On a good year, I swear I'm living in a bar of Yardley soap. Good thing that I really like the smell of lilacs. :rose

Hi Rick, I travel up and down the front range 5 days a week, and that is a GREAT looking lilac blossom. We live on the plains and IF we get some water ours may actually do a little something. You have a great plant!:)
