I love mint. I have only two different ones. Peppermint and chocolate mint. I have been lazy and not collected and dried so then I am without once it dies down.

Do you think the microwave method would be just as good? @digitS' suggested the hanging to dry for other herbs

i have tried many different kinds of fruitcakes... there's a place up north that i used to hang out and help them and such and they made all sorts of things. (see my stubbed toes thread in the beginning...)
