wish one of you could fix these chargers~

yep! they don't actually show how to fix one.

I might be able to test the capacitor and transformer but all the resistor and the boards, I just don't know enough, daughter just ordered one~from Horse.com, I think, can't garden here without a hot one. Unless I keep a cat prisoner it the garden enclose.
 
I watched a few of these repair vids on chargers and all it seems they do is short out the fence for a matter of minutes. Maybe that resets them in some way and makes them work better?

 
That's all they seem to do because they're not showing a repair just the arcing of a working charger.

When they stop arcing that's the one you want to see fixed.


all mine are Parmak Chargers, the Parmak on the right side he has there is hitting at over 14, that's sure high enough.
