I would send them your HUGE bill for board and care expenses. That should get their attention as your other messages were ignored. You then could claim the dog as abandoned and use it as evidence of non payment and get a small claims court to award you the dog and then you could give it to the guy. You just maybe can use it as a tax writeoff too.

@Nyboy , you are a kind and honest man and I applaud you willingness to be a bit stepped-on in order to help this girl out. It's not everyone who would just do what's right for the dog and not see it as a fight to be won and a point to be made. If her use of the kennel run starts to cut into your business, would you be able to 'foster' her out to the gentleman with the boxer - after sending a letter to the rescue telling them what you were doing, of course?

Thanks cane your words made my day !!! great news I talked to boxer rescue Bob ( man wanting to adopt) spent a hour on the phone, Boxer rescue agreed he sounds like great home. He needs to fill out application online, she will do home check next day. I don't think bob knows comptures because he said couldn't do till weekend. Everything looks like a go for Zoe new home.
