LOL Yes Phila. It takes me back to the day I had watermelon that grew up the pine tree next to the garden. I cradled it a little with a stocking but it got bigger and heavier and became teardrop shaped. It got to normal size but odd shaped. The fat end tasted normal but there wasn't much to the skinny end. We are growing all those things for our chickens. They don't care what they look like. We don't even cut them anymore. They pick and peal and eat every bit of the food we give them.
