I just finished a well over 300 piece (12 inch square) quilt block. It is a weeping angel (Doctor Who) I am sooooo proud of the points and matches they are almost all perfect, it is by far the most intricate design I have ever sewn.

Gorgeous. My mom used to make a lot of quilts from scratch and my sister-in-law is really into quilting. I don't do it myself but I have some appreciation for what's involved. Girl you did good!!!

WOW! That is amazing! I can't even imagine how much work (and love) went into that. You SHOULD be proud.

Beautiful work, Kassaundra! Here I am plodding along on a quilt I started last June. Nothing so elaborate, nothing so intricate. You're an artist with more than your camera! While I am an artist to children under 10.

Beautiful! It looks like a painting. I can see how nicely your points matched up. Good work!

THAT is gorgeous!! I'm sending a link to my DD who is a BIG, BIG, Dr. Who fan!!
If she is interested I can show a link to where she can get these patterns for free. The two ladies making the patterns are very talented. This is my second block of this set, my first one was Galifrey

Wow, Kassaundra, just beautiful. Truely a work of art. Am I understand this correctly, this is just one small square? Are you going to frame it? Or there others that will complete this scene?
