Never got the allure of fried green tomatoes.

personally like the "paste type tomato" since they are more meat than snot, plus they are a perfect bit size. buttermilk and good cheesy Italian crouton breading is a must. as for a dipping sauce reg ranch is good,a balsamic vinegar dressing is out of this world...

took turns photographing......:cool:

6/12/16.. update. where to start.
the peas.. with this heat wave we are having the peas are done we have picked around 10 gallons worth and maybe another 5 this Wednesday

next weekend will pull them and start getting ready for the orange seedless water melons, as you can see i am on top of getting the watermelons ready..
just got them going yesterday....

crowder peas are really doing good..

as for the raised bed area.. dw and i got up at o-sunrise thirty and picked the bush beans down, basil, spinach,thyme, radishes and did pick 3 cucumbers last night<dyi the radishes are under the spinach >

drove down to lowes and picked up more garden soil and black cow and planted 80 sweet corn<near> next row over<left> planted molley's zebra <left center lazy housewife > and third row in that empty spot.."21 pea" crowder peas... courtesy of @journey11 have more but ran out of room....thank you

have eggplant.. the chu chu eggplant has flower but no egg

opps almost forgot the orphans though a san marzano tomato plant a couple years a go over the fence. last year it came up and we were able to get some tomatoes from it. this year have a couple seedlings again...
