Think it is a hoax. Not sure why? Maybe because wood inside looks brand new?
The picture may be old from when it was being used. The town is nearby, so I doubt a hoax. Unless they were going to sell it to NYBoy. Sorry, Alex,...I just could not contain myself.

A lounge chair? Who has time to lounge?

lol, no kidding, we have benches and a swing and hardly ever use them other than to set things on when we're doing something else.

i guess i'd rather sit in the dirt anyways. :)

even on days when i say i'm going to be taking it easy, it's way too likely i'll be outside puttering around and then end up into something.

if it weren't dismantled already... i don't think pictures and diagrams make it much easier. i'm more hands-on when it comes down to things like this. i'd have to have enough room to lay out all those parts before starting to put it back together... i'd be terrified of getting almost done and finding out i used important board "down there" when it belongs "up here", etc. *shudder*

Looks like a very good deal to me....
We bought mine as a kit from B.C. Greenhouses, aluminum frame, polycarbonate panels. It cost us around $5000 25 years ago, similar to this one only it's white without the fancy ridge thingy to keep birds off and mine is set up on pressure treated landscape logs.

It's still going strong no needed repairs other than the automatic vent openers we replaced 2 years ago.
I told them what size I wanted and that's what they gave me, mine is
8 1/2 X 14 1/2', if I had more space I would have asked for one bigger, greenhouses are never big enough.
I do wish I had asked for a door at each end but I didn't :( a girlfriend of mine has this feature and it's so darn handy in the summer for extra ventilation, enter from either end, not in use during the winter, extra floor space for tall plants.
She opted for glass but after dealing with my previous greenhouse, wood rotting, broken and slipping glass, never again.
We had renters next door to us back then, kids who liked to throw apples, not only that when they were blasting to widen the highway out back not only did the glass slip or break they put a hole through out roof, but that's another story.

When it came to benches I opted for concrete blocks and planks, this way if a plank rots you just have to replace one not the whole thing, like so...

My first greenhouse was also from a 6X8' kit, wood and glass, cost me $100 but it only lasted 4 or 5 years. You get what you pay for,

when i daydream i think of a very tiny house with a large greenhouse over it. the house is for storing books, needs to be dehumidified and cooler in the summer but otherwise all the heat from keeping the house warm is captured by the greenhouse too so it gets two uses before being wasted.

then, i also wanted a jungle gym over a swimming pool. good for the upper body strength but also the pool for the whole body. keeping all that warm enough to not freeze in the winter is too huge an expense though. so smaller and simple ends up being the best.

@aftermidnight i used cinder blocks and planks for bookshelves in the residence hall for many years, much easier to move than bookcases. strong enough that i could climb them (the rooms on the first floor had 10ft ceilings :) everyone put up lofts as sometimes had 3-4 people per room). very practical and always useful, never too many bookshelves IMO/IME... :)
