He’s Retired

After 46 years of working for The Mark Hopkins hotel my husband has retired.

It has taken some adjusting for me. I have been used to doing things my way and fast for many years and now I have someone who wants to help me with my preschool.

Our generous kids gave us a trip to one of our favorite happy places Yelapa, Mexico.

DH plans to retire in late November! Oh Boy! Have fun in Yelapa.

My sister counted the days till retiring. She spent 6 months enjoying all her free time, then it became boring. in less then a year she went back to her old job. I hope to be able to retire but truth is I am a workaholic.
