own. It was going to be our dream home, since this Merlin home just wasn't working out. We just bought it in July, when our Angels Camp home sold. On a golf course (hubs loves golf), with expansive views of a fairway to the west and the tee box and other greens to the south. So sad...

I'm thinking of renting out two rooms to a traveling nurse, so that I'll have an income. Medford is a huge medical mecca and since the HOA's says no rental under 30 days, maybe I could attract someone with a more than 1 month contract at one of the three hospitals down there.
A friend of mine lives where there's an HOA and she rents out a room to a Southwest pilot. I know he's there a couple times a month and she doesn't advertise it. Know what I mean? ;)

OH! I wonder if the mean neighbor across the street would report me? He reported a brown patch in the front yard. The renter told me that he did that....

Wait...Medford airport is small. Alaska Air uses it. I'll go look up if thats a layover port. Thanks!!

Its not a hub airport. Alaska is the only one flying the larger planes. The rest are the smaller passenger planes like the Bombardier and other types of regional jets.

But I'll keep my ear to the ground!!

:) yes, a good tactic! I waved at him the other day. I have to down there next week with my helper to continue to trim some overgrown humongous grasses and use a chain to pull out some dead bushes that are facing the tee box. If I see him, I'll ask if he needs anything done! Thanks!!

Another wait! I'll knock on his door and ask!! He's elderly as is his kinda obese wife.

Great idea, and who knows, they may become genuine friends!

Figs did it for mine, she asked me if she could have the ones on the ground I told hel herself to whole tree. Now we wave at each other. She still puts unsigned notes in my mailbox. Last note I got was about how wasteful leaving outside lights on all night is.
