I told my DH and he was sad too. He knows who the FAMOUS Nyboy was just from hearing me go on about him over the years. Lordy he will be missed. Who else is going to make me frequently reply, TMI Alex TMI

Carol Dee, I was just telling a friend about the TMIs we'd usually throw at NY when he would insert certain subject matter in his posts. And he'd just roll on, as nothing he said was ever meant to offend, nor was he offended by our TMIs. Loved that about him! He never had an agenda he was pushing, he was just plain, simple NYboy. Unvarnished, sometimes uncouth, but always charming.

When a hi jacked thread got to socks, he suggested I needed a $26 pair of them. Later in day it occurred to me to PM him. I told him to NOT send me a pair. He was going to. That was Alex. Crazy nut that wouldn’t hurt anyone but himself. He will be missed.

No, he was wrong. I looked at those $26 socks. They belong-if they were sweaters-in the ugly Xmas contest.
