Tornadoes have hit all around us in the 4 years we have lived here. It doesn’t matter where you live, bad weather shows up.

Looks like Iowa is under the gun now. Radar showed 5 tornadoes at once a little while ago. This is a horrible, long-lived round of storms, I hope everyone stays safe.

We had a torMATO party this evening, there were half a dozen torMATOES all around us. Canton, 30 minutes to the west of us got damage. The closest one was probably 12 miles.

No basement, wish it was a normal thing in the south, but it isn't. We got 4 1/4" of rain last night.
