What can i say? Living in Alaska has it’s perks!

I fired up the Bird feeder this afternoon and within a half hour had all kinds of visitors!

How cool is that to have an Eagle eating out of your bird feeder?

This is one of the “indoor cukes”. I thought it would be horrible but it isn’t! The rind is a bit tough but it’s still got the sweet flavor customary to this variety. AND it will last us all week!

You got any blue cheese dressing to dip it in? If so it would last only a day in my household!

Looking ahead a couple months to seed starting and remembering some issues with the T-5 fixtures brought my lazyness to the surface again and i bought a half dozen new lights!

These will take care of most of it and if necessary i’ll pick up a couple more!

Im amazed at the level of technology these days and the affordability now, hopefully they’ll make my indoor Cukes squirt out some pickles!🤭

Last week this bathtub was hosting a large pot of Cucumbers that grew on a cattle panel trellis up to the ceiling. Now that i’ve picked the last cuke, we’re “transitioning” to what’s next. Until the new lights arive later this week all that entailed was to give the area a good cleaning and re-arrange what will stay in this area till mid Januarary.

This pot of Chocolate Mint and Comfrey are killing it!
