Those years we had the ocean boat spot prawns were a regular thing and we’d do a stir fry/scampi pretty regular. One day on a whim i grated about an 1/8th teaspoon of fresh nutmeg into the pan and discovered something really wonderful.
It was equally good when we’d do them in a creme sauce over fetucinni.

We go spot prawn fishing every summer and make wonderful dishes like shrimp scampi, Mediterranean Shrimp, shrimp tacos, Thai Shrimp, Friitti di mare, etc!
