Well, I did a pressure cook on them. Guess I could do it over again.. have to pressure cook them again for 50 minutes? I wonder if this has anything to do with the tattler lids. Im sure my rims were quite clean.

Hi Everyone, I planted garlic last fall. Shelled out for some too expensive hard neck german garlic. Its now about 18 inches tall and came to life about 9 or 10 weeks ago. When is the right time to harvest this? thanks.
