Small update:
They’re still alive; I hope there are some roots growing down there!

Just a reminder, the leaves that are growing at this moment can't count - they are there because of the energy still in the stem. One of the positive signals is -- the stem doesn't become black. Any turns black has to be discarded, because they rot. This needs some frequent check, but in my experiences, if they keep green for 3-4 weeks, it's a very good sign.

Will you keep the cap off all the time? The moisture level might be a bit dangerous if it's always off.

I once tried to cover the pot with a plastic bag (with holes), and the cuttings didn't make it because of molds, even the strongest mum cuttings failed. Unless the environment is extremely dry, keeping some fresh air will be good for the propagation.

Thanks for the tips @Phaedra !

One of the cutting started turning black, so I decided to remove it. I also took off the jar to get more air flow in there.
