Something that I have been curious to ask you @ninnymary is what you think of a new ingredient DW has been putting in her salsa.
She has been using the regular button mushrooms from the grocery store. They are toasted along with the cherry tomatoes, garlic and hot peppers. The cilantro is not really toasted; I'd say it is wilted.
I like the mushroom addition a good deal but, I would like to tell her to move the toaster oven outdoors when she has all these flavorful ~ and aromatic ~ things going into it. I just haven't the nerve to suggest that .
