Something that I have been curious to ask you @ninnymary is what you think of a new ingredient DW has been putting in her salsa.

She has been using the regular button mushrooms from the grocery store. They are toasted along with the cherry tomatoes, garlic and hot peppers. The cilantro is not really toasted; I'd say it is wilted.

I like the mushroom addition a good deal but, I would like to tell her to move the toaster oven outdoors when she has all these flavorful ~ and aromatic ~ things going into it. I just haven't the nerve to suggest that ;).

It was just computer frustrations that kept me away. You know I"m not that tech savvy and my beloved desktop finally died. Love the big screen. Now we have a laptop and it's not the same. Finally managed to have the same password on it as my phone. But still haven't done the shortcut where the link is saved and I just click on it.

@ninnymary , you will learn to LOVE your laptop!! :love
Consider: it sits on your lap or you dining room table, has a nice battery, maybe 4 hrs like mine, so you don't always have to have it plugged in, and many/most have loads of RAM (random access memory) and many more GIGS than My first tower did in 1996.

Well Ducks, our laptop is pretty much stationary. Sits plugged on the desk in our dining room. Doesn't travel with us cause it's too heavy and something else to carry. It's been about 10 months or so since we've had it and still don't love it haha. We did look into getting another desktop but they were pricey. Oh my third world problems. I guess I shouldn't complain. I am blessed.

Maybe I’m a bit late to this discussion , I use a IPad … much easier to carry around does everything I need . I didn’t like a lap top either. To bulky and good golly molly even though it wasn’t stationary it ran on batteries after recharged it was to much to work on without sitting down or at a desk. It all depends on the users needs . Mine are simple .. and tons of applications to keep me outta trouble. 👍

Zucchini Bread.
Crenshaw Melon
Oolong in the cup

We have had a "drive" suggested for the afternoon. 🚙 Should be possible with AC in these modern models without wing windows 😁.

Why the burnt toast 😕. Be careful 🧐 I don't want you getting poorly.

because our toaster is a wanker.

started on 6 which barely got the toast brown so i gave it another 3 which was too much. this is the 2nd time in 6 months i've made toast...

Catch you soon and take care 🙂
