My sister in law had 5 doctor appointments last week. It's a 100 mile round trip from my house to hers, to Lufkin, then back again. I was exhausted. Then on Wednesday, I went to the feed store and got 1,104 pounds of feed in a super bag. I scooped it out into 5 gallon buckets and dumped in six 30 gallon metal trash cans and one 55 gallon barrel. I was exhausted. Now starts Physical Therapy, 3 days a week, she is approved through the end of November. They will teach her how to walk, climb stairs and get around good on her prosthetic leg. She is highly motivated, she wants to go back to work. She works in a scale house at a lumber mill. She weighs logging trucks when they come in and when they go out. It also serves as a guard shack and is open 24-7, never closes. At least now the appointments are set for 10AM and I don't have to go out in the dark with a headlight on to do morning chores.

So glad you are feeling better. It is allergy season here (for me) lots of sneezing, lots of nose blowing. Yuck.
2 1/4 inch rain is awesome. We could use a bit too. Dangerously dry. A no burn ban is in place. Farmers are trying not to set crops on fire while harvesting. But a few have. :(

Ah the winter is coming in like a lion and bringing all the winter bugs , allergies and hope you guys feel better soon.

Who has time to get siick , this is a buzy season. Soon family will be arriving for all the usual foods for Thanksgiving.
Already did all the shopping . Planning on 4 days before Thanksgiving a baking cooking marathon.
