Looks like the video is of several parades, judging by the differences in weather conditions.

Events with this ethnic group may occur in a number of places around the Great Lakes. @heirloomgal and @flowerbug may have experienced them.

If you say the more widely accepted "Ojibwe" carefully (or carelessly ;)), you might realize how "Chippewa" became the European American way of pronouncing the name.
