Have you looked around for mills/farms that do it in your area. See if they can get you in to process yours? I'd REALLY like to build a machine to do it myself. :D

Oh my gosh, I had to spend 2 hours cleaning and sorting cabinets and drawers in the kitchen to make room to store everything. Then I ended up making my tomato sauce last night. Processed some peaches. Got berries this morning to do more today. WOW! That was a lot of fun playing with everything...

After reading this thread, I noticed today my raspberries are curling up and dying. My spring crop is pretty much done so I start cleaning out the dead and finished canes. Today I realized my fall canes are curling up and dying now too!!! I do believe we were got by the cane borer maggots. So...

I'm putting in some butternut squash and a second planting of cukes right now. :)
