Looks like I've got a bumper crop of asparagus yardlong beans. Our first time growing them,not sure how to go about it. I was talking to my MIL, she mentioned blanching them in hot water,let them cool & freeze them. Would that work?

Hey yall, I have a few jerusalem aritcholes that are just fading out on the tops.I noticed last year it happened in the same place & now it's spread out more.
