These sound good. We don't have strawberries here, I may need to wait til next year to do anything with it... I think we've got wild strawberries at the back of our property, but I don't think they get big enough to harvest enough to actually preserve-- but we'll see... I'll have to see if...

Rhubarb- what to do with it?

I haven't had rhubarb since I was a kid, and not even sure how I ate it... What on earth does one use it for? Anyone have a good recipe to try out? I'd love to make use of what I've got growing and not let it go to waste!

Can Zuchinni and Summer Squash be preserved and have any quality left?

I KNOW I've got way too many Zuke and Summer Squash plants going in, but I love the stuff. I'm sure I'll have a LOT left over after I fill myself with it-- so my question is, does anyone have any success freezing or otherwise preserving it to save for later use? I picture it ending up very...

Seeds for Postage/ Out for Now

Animal, Do you know if these will grow in colder zones? (not sure where you're from). We just moved to Northern Maine and I haven't had a garden in more years than I can think of. I'd like to try as many flowers and veggies as I can on a small scale to see what might grow. Thanks!
