if every valley applied selection pressures for long enough you can certainly have a different looking variety and that they are all going by the same name would complicate things. it would be quite a project to collect them and to grow them out and document the differences. :)

going to be calling the well guy today. when the hot water heater blew out the beginning of August it may have been the last straw for the well pump. there has been an issue for years of some water flowing back down into the well (some valve leaking) and now perhaps in combination it finally...
