Okay something is eating holes in my green bean and they are only about 9 in high! I have the food grade DE but not exactly sure how to use it as a pesticide?

I bought a couple from michigan bulb and I am not sure if this will come up every year or will it die at the end of the season and not come back? I am trying to figure out exactly where I want to put it and I need to know if it's permandent. Thanks

Okay what all do you put in a compost pile? How long does it need to set? I have never had one so I don't know too much, anybody have any advice? Do's or don't's?

Okay from what I understand you can used DE as sevin. I have food grade for my chickens, so do I need to purchase regular DE for the garden? What are the pros and cons of useing this? Help someone please!

A friend of mine gave me some Lily's last year and I planted them and the greenage came up but no flowers. This year the foilage has come up but no flowers yet. It's still getting pretty chilly at night. Is it not really a lily or will it probley still bloom this year.

Here in SC Kansas its been getting down to about 37 at night, it that too cold to plant my garden? It's completely ready to plant and I have started plants inside that are ready to go out but I just don't know what to do. It's suppost to be 40 at night the next 2 nights is it safe to plant now...
