Mine are Boston Picklings and I am just letting them vine together in two rows! No fruits of my hard labor yet but I have yellow squash on the vines! I cant wait to eat my first crop ever! I love gardening and raising my new chickens...cant wait to eat their eggs as well!

I feel ya! We have had like 8 inches of rain this month! Last night we put cow panels up in the garden for the 18 tomatoe plants to grow into and I prayed during the storm I wouldnt wake to find everything ruined! My dear husband is a wonderful help! I need to learn not to question his antics!

Does yellow straight/crookneck and zucc need fencing to vine upward or just grow on the ground? I have a big garden and am new at this!

Can I just slice and freeze it in zi[plock bags? or should I seal it with a sealing machine?
