    Gurney's also has 'Little bigs' that only grow about 10 ft tall and have full size apples. Our's had apples on them the second year after planting.

    Online Ordering.

    I bought some Tansy from Richter's. It repels pretty much everything , including me. It smells pretty dreadful. I was much happier with the Pyrethrum. (Also from Richter's. ) They have some really hard to find stuff.

    For corn, Gurney's 'Gotta Have It' is the best! My neighbor tried it last year and it was so good, none of us wanted the silver queen he planted as well. He's on the first page of the catalog this year!

    How much area do you want to cover? I have a large herb garden with LOTS of different herbs, the chickens don't really eat the herbs, but they will dig them up.     New here, anyone else in VA?

    Miss Prissy! Loved the pics of your porch in BYC. This year I'm going to try some experimental things (for me anyway) popcorn, oats and patio fruit trees. If the oats are sucessful, I'm sure I'll be back here to find out how to process them......
