I guess my question to growing in a greenhouse is the opposite -I am in NW Arizona. We get to the low twenties at night for a month or so in the winter. Is there enough sun hours to grow in a green house in AZ over the winter months?

Mine are taking FOREVER to ripen also. I don't have a million tomates like I usually do and the ones I have are just about killing me with how long they are taking to ripen. I'm in NW Arizona. Had a long cool spring but temps are normal for this time of year hot and a bit humid by AZ standards.

No, they do not move away like aphids. They are as small as aphids, smaller even. Yes, if I run my hand over them they squish, but do not move away.

Thanks everyone for your advise. I never had spaghetti squash til this past winter. Loved it and thought I might try growing it. It seems to have matured faster then I anticipated. You guys are great!!
