HELP!!! Leafminer infestation..
how can i stop/control leafminers larvae & adult from laying eggs...
my spinach and tomatoes have this leafminers.. they look wilt and dry leaves..
IDK what to do...
any suggestions from you guys??

hello,
i have some question.. we bought herbs in supermarkets that grows in hydroponics. we still have left over of our white spinach and basil with roots intact in a foam, can i transfer it to a pot?

what i did in my garden is hunting earthworms at the back of my kitchen where all the goes...^_^ it seems they have good resistance of the water from my kitchen..(watery soap & etc)
another thing is i found a flowerpot snake/blind snake in my rose garden..

i have a question about straw mulch? what kind of plants is this? i mean where can you get straw normally? i would like to make mulch from it? never used it really...
i dont know if they sell here in the nursery, i would like to look for my self or going in the farm maybe..
ahh thats why.. i did put it in area where the sun rises up.. :(
but now im going to put at back of my house, where theres much shades..

i was experimenting my left-over carrot from the kitchen , last week i put it in the empty clear container with water and put it outside and see what happen if it grows or not....viola!! it grows.:ya. I just wondering , when can i transplant this carrot? its already growing leaves and roots...
this the type of soil in our garden bed. a bit powedery when dry and becomes clay when its wet..
how can make it this soil become good? is there possibilities.
i dont put things meat and fat things in my compost and i also dont what flies and maggots.. i hate them.:somad

i ask some seller in nurseries. they said they just put rice hull together with their soil.
now i realize that when i buy flower and strawberries and transplant them, i see more rice hulls than soil or compost mix.
is that okay to put more rice hulls?
