It is going to be awhile for this part of the Country. It was -25 here yesterday, and -11 this morning. I am looking forward to spring myself! But am happy that the days are actually looking to be a few minutes longer now.:rainbow-sun

It seems to good to be true, but I have done it for the last 5 years, and I get a 90% grow rate. :thumbsup

You all have given me a kick in the pants to try again. I also think I am going to plant it in another spot. It gets about 80% sunlight. Is that enough? Also, I am going to try the dried blood, and the bone meal this year. I will run down to the farmers market and purchast some of theirs and try...

I don't thin mine either, and am thinking maybe I should too. My husband says yep, but I am thinking each seed is a little beet :) I have never tried beet greens, I think that would be a great reason to thin them, my neighbor loves the greens, and she is about 80 years old now...hmmm maybe she...
