Sorry, I guess I assume everyone knows that numerology is typically a 'single digit' expression. So by counting the numbers and then reducing to single digits is how I derived the number seven

10 is 1+0 = 1 , 21 is 2+1 = 3, 1965 is 1+9+6+5 = 21 which is 2+1 =3

then 1 + 3 + 3 = 7 (you see, very simple really)
